Well i have messed with alot of difrent portal systems built around php and
i have to say that the shop is one of the easiest to modify wich i love.
The shop itself is well worth the price and im very pleased with it.

Support is superb... as is the store itself. Takes a little while to get
used to where some of the info is 'hidden' but u soon find ur way around. I
think the whole pkg is excellent value for money and pretty easy to
customise. dont know whether u are looking for useful bits of
feedback/quotes, but i spent ages looking into getting a site designed in
the uk for me and was looking at quotes of anything from ?2,500 upwards!!!
ExtCart cost ?69 and has enabled me to do EVERYTHING in house for a fraction
of the cost, and i get to retain full control of it all - design/contect/etc

They did a great job. I have to get more information for them from my server
company to resolve the https issue.
I hope that we will be able to get that issue resolved quickly as well.

My experiences with the ExtCart support department have been excellent!
Their responses are quick and they have always been able to solve any
questions I have had. Customer Service is obviously a high priority with ExtCart.

Upon completing the self installation I could not access the admin section
of Ext-Cart. I received a quick response from the support team and
information on how to resolve the issue. Technical support looked into the
situation and discovered that the secure URL I entered while installing was
incorrect. I was recommended to run the install again, which resolved my
issue in a matter of minutes.
I was very happy with the timely support I received and the simple and clear
steps to take of how to resolve the issue. Thank you Ext-Cart for your
expertise and continued support.

I have been very satisfied with the support given to me up to date. I
have only just skimmed the surface of the code and must say (in my
humble opinion)it appears to be very well written. The only thing I
would like is an overview document on the relationships in the MySql
tables. Plus a guide to the major variables that are used for the look
of the common page, header and footer.

Support department has been excellent. It's not often you can ask for a data
entity diagram for a system and have it delivered within a couple of days.
All the questions I have asked, have been answered fully and clearly
complete with code examples.

initiative to find a host with a bit more support than what I was able to
